Weather Policy

We all pick a date for an event and hope that the weather will behave. It’s not often until a couple of days before that anyone truly knows if it will be Sunshine, showers or a mixture of both.

It’s important to note that if the weather is bad and you need to postpone or cancel your party, you will not be charged by Go Bounce.

We however, have some constraints for hiring Bouncy castles in certain weather, and although we would not want to cancel on you, if the following weather condition apply on your day of rental, we would be forced to do so, for safety reasons.

If the weather is:

• Forecasted for heavy or persistent rain.
• The wind speed is forecasted to be 22mph or more on average.
• If the temperature is too low to run machinery. Normally below 0.

We hope it doesn’t come to that, but we thought it was best to be clear. The above are truly for the safety of the you and the castle users.
